Il lancio ufficiale in Europa della soluzione Kodak Flexcel NX Ultra darà a chi ha bisogno di lastre da stampa la possibilità di produrre una lastra Kodak Flexcel NX ad alte prestazioni. Offrendo gli stessi vantaggi in macchina della ben nota lastra Kodak Flexcel NXH, la nuova soluzione assicura una produzione senza solventi, senza COV e a base d’acqua che consente agli stampatori di avere una lastra pronta per la stampa in meno di un’ora. Il processo utilizza la tecnologia brevettata Kodak Ultra Clean, sviluppata dal team Miraclon, ed è la prima soluzione a base acqua che produce lastre flessografiche di qualità costante e ad alte prestazioni, anche in un ambiente ad elevata produttività e bassa manutenzione. La tecnologia Ultra Clean di Kodak risolve la sfida della mancanza di costanza di qualità tradizionalmente associata alle lastre flessografiche ottenute con processo ad acqua, creando una lavorazione continua che comprende agenti di sviluppo e pulizia a base naturale, garantendo sempre processi puliti, senza artefatti e privi di impurità.
Ideali per etichette, cartone e imballaggi flessibili, le lastre Flexcel NX Ultra ad alte prestazioni facilitano cambi di lavoro incredibilmente rapidi, colori uniformi, anche per le lunghe tirature, e qualità di stampa eccezionale. L’eccellente plate draping significa anche un montaggio facile e questo è un assoluto vantaggio. I formati della lastra sono i seguenti: 610 x 762 mm, 800 x 1067 mm e 900 x 1200 mm.
